More About Lonna
My career has been devoted to working alongside individuals with a wide range of cognitive, emotional, and regulatory challenges. Throughout that work, one thing became clear: people thrive when their strengths are recognized. I have also discovered during my journey that when one realizes that they are Neurodivergent, or become newly diagnosed, the path to information and learning about how your brain works is daunting. I use ADHD and executive functioning coaching to bring together my diverse skills and years of experience, helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.

In my own time, I fill my cup by spending time with my husband, our grown kids and our 2 pups. I squeeze in time whenever I can with my sister, nephews and niece. I love reading, doing my own personal development, being in nature and spending time on the water at our family property. I am a dedicated volunteer in my community advocating for youth homelessness as a Board Member of Cornerstone Landing Youth Services.
My coaching is strengths-based, calm, compassionate, and practical. I work with you, and together we work as a team to explore how your brain works, discovering strategies that honour you as an individual and support you to move forward without shame or pressure.
